About the role
Reporting to the Head or Marketing you will be responsible for delivering end to end professional marketing and communications functions to the business and be able to drive the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities for the businesses.
The duties will include but not limited to:
- Work with the Head of Marketing and stakeholders to implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Lead and direct the Product Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator to achieve marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize leads generation, qualification, retention, and advocacy.
- Manage relationships with agencies to fulfill business requirements. - Manage all events.
- Take ownership of all marketing collateral
- Manage all merchandising materials and align stock levels with BIA's requirements.
- Maintain marketing and related databases and filing requirements.
- Undertake required projects and duties as confirmed with the Head of Marketing
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must have the following:
- Minimum of TAFE qualification, University degree, or equivalent (in combination with experience).
- Related qualification/s in a marketing related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience within a similar role is required, ideally in a corporate Marketing environment
- Mid January 2024 Start
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent multitasking and organisational skills to ensure all deadlines and priorities are met efficiently and effectively.
- A strong team and task focus
