Marketing Manager, Operational Excellence

This role has a significant impact on the capability, effectiveness and operating excellence of direct marketing at CommBank. Sitting in the 1:1 Marketing Chapter Area, within the Marketing Centre of Excellence for the Retail Bank, you will be part of a team that has a strong experimentation ethos, delivers exceptional customer journeys, cultivates strong partnerships with stakeholders and values curiosity, agility, accountability and commitment.
You will be responsible for delivering projects and capability initiatives that help to unlock automation, consistency, sustainability and simplicity in the 1:1 Marketing end to end process to improve efficiency and safety in execution of direct marketing for the 1:1 Marketing Chapter Area.
This role collaborates closely with partners in marketing technology, marketing operations, marketing planning, compliance, risk, legal, data and digital.
On any given day, you will:

• Collaborate with the 1:1 Marketing Chapter Lead, Operational Excellence to help define the quarterly Operational Excellence and capability initiative roadmap
• Lead the delivery of key initiatives ranging from small to large and complex, prioritising and balancing trade-offs, whilst elevating and resolving impediments
• Collaborate with the 1:1 Marketing Chapter Area and internal partners to deliver tangible continuous improvements
• Use insights derived from multiple sources of data and feedback to drive decision making and recommendations
• Role model and embed agile ways of working within the Chapter, Chapter Area and broader partner ecosystem
