About the Job
This is a key role within the Member Experience team focused primarily on retention of all members including the retirement phase. You’ll work within a collaborative team environment to:
- Help shape the design of member experiences to create super our members love in the retention and retirement phase of the member lifecycle
- Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies and communications to help members onboard seamlessly and in an engaging way
- Support the retention of new employer and member relationships
- Execute omni-channel marketing strategies to deliver a target member experience that will engage and delight members in the retention and retirement phase
- Scope and implement data-driven member interactions that support the target member experience employing agile methodologies where required to deliver at pace
- Implement highly focused marketing strategies to retain members and employers via a range of channels
- Work within a small team of customer experience and marketing professionals while living the Rest values
- Work with internal and external agencies to develop creative approaches that help deliver on our mission to make super simple
- Work closely with teams across Rest to ensure marketing activities are coordinated and aligned to Rest brand standards and the desired member experience
About You:
You are driven with a thirst for challenge and what may not have been done before. Taking pride in delivery with an agile operating style. You understand that operating in a highly regulated environment only enhances the quality of output.
Qualifications, required experience, understanding or credentials including:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and / or depth of experience in marketing or related business disciplines experience in marketing, customer experience or related disciplines
- Familiarity with superannuation, financial services or similar regulated industry environment
- Ability and willingness to adopt agile delivery methodologies
- A willingness to innovate, test and learn as a fundamental way of operating
- Commercial acumen to effectively identify and act on opportunities
- Proven ability to execute plans in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and resource demands
- Track record of leading successful teams and developing individuals
- A team player with highly developed interpersonal skills
- High energy and resilience levels
