Troocoo are partnering with a Queensland-based construction supplier looking to grow and expand their business with the support of a newly created Marketing Manager.
With a reputation for knowledgeable advice, personal service, and fast reliable delivery across plumbing, air conditioning, and fire protection they focus on efficiency and reliable consistent service for their customers.
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and implementing the strategic marketing initiatives and ensuring the brand’s tactical execution aligns with the overall business objectives. Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Care Teams to support the achievement of commercial goals.
The objectives of the roles include.
- Strategic Brand Marketing: Focus on developing a robust Queensland brand through strategic marketing, activating campaigns with innovative content, and executing an annualized tactical plan.
- Voice of the Customer Champion: Champion the voice of the customer, identify ideal customers, build CRM segmentation, execute the buyer's journey, and measure the overall customer experience.
- Category Management and Go-to-Market Planning: Adopt a category management approach, support product portfolio development, transform the business to a customer-centric model, and collaborate with owners for successful go-to-market strategies.
- Commercial Channel Strategy: Develop channel plans for lead generation and lifetime value, use multi-channel and local marketing, engage customers through CRM automation, explore opportunities like Exhibitions and Events, and adapt strategies based on performance analysis.
- Agency Performance: Build strong relationships with creative, digital, and tactical agencies, create collaborative groups, and establish critical performance measures for alignment with partners and business plans.
About you.
To be successful in this role you will have 5+ years of experience working in a general marketing role where you have been the subject matter expert in your company. You will have worked in B2B environments and ideally had exposure to greenfield roles in the past. You will be confident in challenging thinking to achieve results and have the ability to work autonomously. You’ll be driven and take initiative for commercial returns. As a member of a cohesive peer group, you will collaborate and communicate effectively to bring others on the marketing journey.
