About the Position:
Durban International College Pty Ltd, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and CRICOS provider specializing in Vocational Education & Training, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We are looking for a professional to establish and nurture business relationships with local education agents from Latin America and Europe.
Position Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include building and fostering strong business connections with local education agents in Latin America and Europe. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in student recruitment efforts, organizing international recruitment activities, managing agent events, and overseeing the creation of course promotional materials.
Position Requirements:
- Solid background knowledge of Latin America and Europe.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key local agents in Latin America and Europe.
- Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities to enhance the Institute's presence and manage agent relationships, both domestically and internationally. This involves conducting agent visits, maintaining communication through email, phone, and teams, monitoring agent performance, and negotiating agent support.
- Provide assistance in various promotional tasks, including student recruitment and the creation of marketing collateral.
- Meet and exceed performance targets.
Candidates for this position will be required to undergo a National Police Records Check. Proof of eligibility to work in Australia and certified copies of qualifications will also be necessary.
