Position Overview:
As the Digital Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing client communication, managing social media accounts, creating user-generated content, and optimising digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include strategic account management, creative direction, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Position hours Full time split into the following role.
Account Management (Full time):
- Communicate with internal team members to understand client needs, goals, and preferences.
- Plan and curate Instagram feeds, ensuring visual appeal and brand alignment for new clients.
- Create organic copy for social media posts and schedule desired posts per week.
- Optimise Google My Business profiles for enhanced visibility and engagement.
- Utilise your experience in graphic design to create captivating visuals for campaigns.
- Assist detailed client photo shoot briefs, outlining objectives and creative concepts utilising existing Twin Social templates .
- Monitor trends in social media platforms and create user-generated content reels.
- Tailor user-generated content specifically for the hospitality industry.
- Develop feed-plans and pinterest boards for inspiration to clients
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively across different sectors and industries, adapting branding strategies accordingly.
- Manage and update social media bio links for optimal engagement and conversion.
- Demonstrate high-level communication and writing skills to convey brand messages effectively.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all interactions and deliverables.
- Network within the marketing community and actively participate in industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, account management, and creative direction.
- Relative graphic design skills and proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as canva and figma..
- Familiarity with social media trends, user-generated content, and brand optimisation.
- Interest in short travelling multiple times per year for client meetings, shoots, and industry events.
- Active flexibility and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of branding fundamentals and the ability to reverse-engineer brand strategies.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
