As a Brand Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's presence, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and stands out in a competitive market. You'll orchestrate a seamless fusion of sales, marketing, and logistics strategies to elevate our brand's visibility, optimize sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
The areas of focus for the role are:
Sales & Marketing Management
- Lead Cellar Door Sales Tastings to create memorable experiences for customers, fostering brand loyalty.
- Manage website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest) to engage with our audience and drive sales.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and stimulate sales growth.
- Manage marketing and advertising opportunities to ensure brand consistency and impact.
- Produce captivating photography to visually communicate our brand's story and values.
- Act as the local Sales Representative, nurturing relationships with distributors to facilitate order management and communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production team to ensure product availability, including forecasting stock level requirements.
Logistics Coordination
- Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including bottling, export logistics, and bulk shipments.
- Coordinate with freight providers for efficient handling of small, palletized, and international shipments.
- Manage marketing campaign and online/third-party order fulfillment with precision.
- Conduct thorough stocktakes and oversee stock movements and dispatch.
Event Management & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute various sales events, from festivals to cellar door gatherings, to strengthen community connections and boost brand presence.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all interactions and touchpoints.
- Engage with the community to cultivate lasting relationships and foster brand loyalty.
Administrative Support & Customer Service
- Streamline administrative workflows by organizing sales and administrative documents for easy access.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to sales inquiries, orders, and customer concerns via correspondence, email, and phone calls.
- Maintain updated customer databases and sales records for seamless communication and relationship management.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, consumer behaviour, market trends, monitor competitor activity and analyse markets.
- Generate insightful sales reports and presentations to support informed decision-making.
- Manage all wine show entries, including calendar management, sample submissions, and associated paperwork.
- Collaborate with management to deliver comprehensive reports as required.

This position could be based locally in our site at Coonawarra, or in a city such as Adelaide with site visits. Flexible options are also available.
