Gliderol Garage Doors is one of Australia's largest manufacturers and distributors of sectional, roller doors & operators. Gliderol has a well-established business with a strong brand name and market position. The company is a significant Australian employer and has manufacturing facilities located throughout the country.

Perfect for a seasoned marketing expert with managerial skills and a drive for achieving business success, this role is tailored for a hands-on Marketing Manager in a dynamic setting. You'll directly report to the Managing Director of RELBDA and closely collaborate with the Deputy Vice President of Marketing at dormakaba, our parent company.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and inspire a collaborative marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Drive and execute multichannel campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
- Shape and manage the annual marketing plan, adapting spending based on performance and ROI.
- Take charge of content distribution across platforms, optimizing for SEO and engagement.
- Contribute valuable insights to new product development and coordinate impactful updates to displays and showrooms.
- Elevate our digital presence by enhancing the website and CRM to improve customer interactions.
- Foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders in both RELBDA and dormakaba.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven success in developing integrated marketing plans.
- Strong project management and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, GA4, SEMrush & EDM software.
