Starting from humble beginnings as a small bootcamp in Surry Hills, today, we are a team of 250 Great Humans on a mission to “Inspire Change” in the Global Fitness Industry.

In March 2023, Fitness Playground became One Playground. This change represents our move beyond just fitness, and aesthetics, to become an all-encompassing Playground for all things health, fitness and wellness.

WHAT ARE WE?

At One Playground, we are committed to creating the best gyms, not the most gyms.

We are a new kind of gym, a ‘super-boutique’, giving members complete access to everything fitness and wellness, with one membership.

THE ROLE

2024 has marked the biggest growth phase for us including:

• Exciting new landmark locations opening in the second half of the year.
• Strategic partnerships & collaborations with iconic brands.
• And member experiences that push boundaries and inspire change in the global health & fitness industry.

For the right candidate, you’ll be working on career-defining and exciting campaigns to elevate the One Playground brand, working directly with Justin Ashley, the CEO, and the executive team to have a large impact on the growing business.

It is a diverse and interesting role with various challenges and opportunities, that is only suitable for someone who thrives when faced with new challenges and takes full ownership in ensuring the job is done for the best possible outcome.

The successful candidate would be expected to have experience in executing comprehensive marketing strategies across traditional & digital channels, driving impactful campaigns and innovative thinking - to design the future.
