- Fixed-term position to 31 December 2025, based on-site in Darlinghurst, Sydney
- Assisting with the design and taking responsibility for the organization, coordination and conduct of qualitative and quantitative data collection of all research projects undertaken at the Nursing Research Institute.
- Preparing and assisting with applications for Human Research Ethics Review, reports of research findings, publications, grant applications and preparation of literature reviews for all research projects.
- Supporting students and clinician-researchers from St Vincent's Health Network Sydney and St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne campuses undertaking research projects including preparing research proposals, funding applications, ethics applications and research project documentation.
- Managing and scheduling the annual Nursing Research Institute Workshops/Symposium and monthly Research Seminars held at St Vincent's Health Network Sydney.
- Data cleaning of NRI public drive and storage of confidential research project information and files.
- Implementing data storage, in accordance with ACU policy and NSW and national legislation.
- Contributing to continuous development and improvement of procedures for data management including the introduction of new technology.

- Total remuneration valued to $106,366 - $114,254 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $89,881 - $96,546 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
