Period of Appointment

Fixed-term full time, to commence ASAP until 24 March 2025.

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

Duties

1. Work with the Marketing and Business Development Manager on the implementation of the Public Trustee’s marketing communications plan digital marketing campaigns and corporate programs.
2. Coordinate and support the delivery of key events and activities including state wide seminars and community education programs..
3. Write and edit marketing collateral and engaging promotional copy for a wide range of marketing and communications channels.
4. Update and monitor information on the Public Trustee external and internal websites and social media channels.
5. Prepare reports utilising appropriate information tools to monitor the effectiveness of various marketing activities, such as promotional events, the website and social media activity.
6. Liaise with various stakeholder groups, suppliers and appointed marketing agencies to develop and distribute marketing content and collateral.
