This position will see you contribute to existing marketing programs and align plans and tactics with ongoingand future brand promotions to grow market share and drive further profitable growth.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Sunny Homes across different locations in ACT.
• Promoting property, the office and team through marketing initiatives including maintenance & management of social media presence
• Manage and co-ordinate property marketing across all platforms
• Identify new market opportunities for Sunny Homes, by evaluating existing and potential markets.
• Oversees all communications and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
• Researching on new potential demand and market characteristics by tracking internal leads/prospects and collecting and analysing data to run efficient marketing campaigns.
• Research market and develop marketing plans and policies and also identify potential opportunities to grow business.
• Planning marketing campaigns, design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, digital media ads.
• Design and create various marketing collateral through the Adobe suite.
• Liaise with external advertising, marketing and media firms as required to support the Sales and Marketing of each project.
• Review campaign results during and at the completion of each campaign to apply learnings to future campaigns and to optimise current activity.
• Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising, and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
• Making decision on website design, maintenance, social media participation, trade show exhibitions, content management, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
