The Opportunity
The Marketing Operations Coordinator at King Living is a cross-functional support role that works collaboratively with the marketing team.
You will assist with production logistics with key focus on product ordering and for shoots, events, PR requests and all other and any other contra/gifting arrangements across all markets. You are responsible for managing and maintaining all marketing flock, styling props and sets in the King Living Studio and will assist in various tasks related to finance administration, logistics, content publishing, external agency coordination, and campaign reporting.
The Role
- Act as the key contact for all marketing flock availability and ordering for shoots, events, PR requests and all other and any other contra/gifting arrangements across all markets.
- Liaising with despatch, warehouse and production teams to manage product and delivery and return of product. Develop all despatch briefs accurately and on time.
- Assist in preproduction including arranging schedules, location scouting, and equipment management when required.
- Maintain shoot and event flock lists and provide all marketing and despatch and production teams with visibility on all upcoming shoots, event and PR requests.
- Oversee product delivery and return including bump in and bump out on location as required.
- Manage new orders for marketing flock and contra/gifting ensuring the necessary approvals. Develop and maintain excel spreadsheet with order details and values to ensure within budget.
- Maintain the Webdam assets working closely with graphic design to ensure all assets are consistently and accurately filed, named, tagged and archived.
- Ensure licensing/usage details included with all new assets on Webdam.
- Review product captions across owned, earned and paid media to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain a register of all images with the product textile details for distribution to retail and customer service teams.
- Provide administrative and general marketing support to the Marketing team as required.
- Assist in facilitating requests from external PR and creative agencies, ensuring timely delivery of required assets and information.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and communications between internal teams and external partners.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in marketing is desirable but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role within a marketing or creative environment
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite is necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment
- Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude and problem-solving skills
