About The Role
Reporting into the Head of MarTech, you will be working alongside a MarTech product and delivery team of 6 as an internal SME for Tagging & Tracking marketing platforms. The successful candidate will guide the formation of data collection and activation strategies from journey tracking to tackle industry and regulatory change for our Marketing systems that foster game changing customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Help create patterns and best practices for operational teams like CRM using our Marketing Platforms by researching and formulating direction for upcoming changes
- Review current pain points from the wider Marketing teams and help to enable solutions by briefing in the experts (we don't need a developer for this role!)
- Foster strong relationship with our vendors and share product roadmaps and opportunities back.
- Engage and operate an agile delivery process working with MarTech delivery teams to provide value.
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Marketing Operations, digital analytics or media data role.
- Knowledge of CDP, Marketing automation and Adtech tools (Google Analytics and Tealium experience highly desirable but not essential)
- Expertise in tracking, attribution, and content tools with a passion for technical marketing data
