Junior Marketing Production Coordinator required for a position within an established and successful agency in Brisbane's Northside.

We are seeking a full-time Junior Production Coordinator who is ambitious, talented and looking for a role where they will have the opportunity to be nurtured and grow within an agency environment. The successful candidate would ideally have spent some time in an agency, whether that be as an employee or intern.
You will work under the supervision of our Senior Coordinators and Creative Director to deliver high-quality work for our diverse portfolio of clients.
In this role, the candidate should be passionate and have a sharp eye for detail. They will be responsible for creating and managing client production schedules whilst ensuring all projects run smoothly and are delivered on time. Strong communication, initiative and the ability to prioritise with fresh creative ideas are a must have for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and implementation of materials for various marketing and advertising campaigns from concept to execution
- Liaise with clients and team members to operate and maintain accounts, including concept ideation and assisting in End of Month processes
- Collaborate with the account managers and design team to ensure the delivery of effective campaigns.
- Plan and deliver weekly Press schedules, including briefing, coordinating changes, proofing and meeting strict deadlines
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of policies, processes and systems
- As a Production Coordinator, you will be apart of the coordination team, working beside our designers and account managers in the studio.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Tertiary Education in Marketing or Advertising highly regarded but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Trello, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite and Adobe Creative Suite highly desirable
- High attention to detail
- A passion for culture and new creative trends
- Strong time management, communication and organisation skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, brief and execute campaigns
- A willingness to learn and expand skill set
- Great sense of humour and team player
- Bringing positive energy and ideas to studio

Our current craze is jaffles as we have happened upon an industrial jaffle maker. Sadly, in the process, we have lost our kettle due to a cord organisation mishap which led to the kettle cord melting. Luckily, we have a coffee machine and constant deliveries of fresh coffee beans for all our hot drink lovers!

Tertiary qualifications essential. Salary is negotiable based on experience and skill level. Option to commence contract immediately if applicant is suitable.
