We are looking for a motivated and competent marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the Role:
As a Marketing Specialist for CPR Group Australia, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services, increasing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with the team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to our niche market.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and craft tailored campaigns to reach them effectively.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Manage the company's online presence through website optimization, social media, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
3. Content Creation:
- Generate high-quality content showcasing our painting and remedial services.
- Work closely with our overseas design teams to create visually appealing marketing materials.
4. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth.
5. Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image in the market.
6. Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into customers.
7. Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and industry expos.
- Leverage events to enhance brand awareness and engage with potential clients.
8. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies.
Work Location: North Parramatta, NSW
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field unless has extensive (at least 5-7 years) relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Ideal Candidate would also have:
- Drone license and/or 5+ years of experience flying drones for commercial purposes
- Working at heights ticket to capture footage via rope access
- Proficient with Adobe Suite, Reality Capture, Final Cut, Logic Pro X (or similar)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to be resourceful and work autonomously
