JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Setex Group. The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Setex Group's services across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, and utilize findings to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Create engaging content for marketing materials, website, social media platforms, and other communication channels to effectively communicate Setex Group's value proposition and key messages.
Manage Setex Group's online presence, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media management to increase visibility and drive traffic.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and events.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Australian citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
Prior experience in the construction or home improvement industry is preferred but not required.
