Job Duties
- Planning, coordinating and organizing marketing campaigns to support business branding, retention rate, and growth objectives.
- Attracting new customers and increasing revenue generated from existing customers.
- Creating and implementing strategies and schedule of marketing campaigns and digital content.
- Creating digital content including artwork, copywriting, posts, and posters for all social media platforms.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns involving specialized activities, such as graphic designer and film production.
- Analyzing campaign data and measuring campaign performance.
Skills and Experience requirement:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or work experience in relevant industry
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Proficient in crafting tailored messages for diverse audiences in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possessing a creative mindset and adept at storytelling to captivate audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and social media (Instagram, Meta, Google, WeChat)
- Experience with social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
Salary
$65,000 - $75,000 + Super | Full-time position, located in Brisbane Teneriffe
