About the role
This role is offered as a 12 month Maximum-Term Contract.As a Marketing Specialist at Cbus you’ll work in our Marketing Portfolio team and manage the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to help drive growth, engagement and maximise retention. This specialist role will oversee the implementation of our marketing activities via traditional and digital channels to members, ensuring that all programs are delivered to help drive growth, engagement and retention for Cbus.
Day to day you’ll develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns to market, working with our digital, below-the-line channels, Advice Team and member facing distribution channels. This role will see you collaborating closely with the Campaign Tech and Digital Specialist streams to deliver the campaign activity via our Adobe Platforms. You’ll write campaign briefs, plan activities, and manage external suppliers, such as creative agencies, printers, mail houses and a superannuation administrator.
In addition to your Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline, we’re looking for an experienced professional within the financial services marketing space, ideally in a superannuation or related environment. You’ll have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign objectives and success measures, including campaign analytics.
Personally, you’re able to engage with your stakeholders at all levels, to effectively drive and support marketing plans. You have great time management skills, are solution-focused and can manage your workday around competing priorities and sometimes tight timelines.
