Position Overview:
As an E-commerce Specialist at Eventpower Equipment, you'll take the lead in managing our Shopify platform, optimizing product listings, and creating compelling visuals to highlight our extensive range of electrical products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our Shopify platform, including product uploads, inventory management, and order processing.
Create high-quality product listings that effectively communicate key features and benefits to our customers.
Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar tools) to design and edit photos, creating visually appealing product visuals for our website.
Produce technical drawings for products, including 2D and 3D CAD work, ensuring accuracy and precision in design specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization of online channels to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our online presence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging product descriptions and marketing content.
Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the electrical industry or a willingness to learn.
