Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record in driving successful advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement within time and budget constraints.
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services, and collect and analyse data and other statistical information.
- Manage and create business reports and quarterly analyses with business owner.
- Manage website and social media content, focusing on sommeliers and wine buyers' engagement.
- Execute paid media campaigns, driving traffic and generating leads, liaising with external agencies, monitoring, and optimising every campaign.
- Manage email marketing campaigns for both businesses, successfully growing their database through in-store & online campaigns.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
