Would you like to take this opportunity to influence the industry towards a more responsible use of the world’s natural resources?We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our large office in Perth, focusing on delivering events and digital campaigns. You will help us reach our target audience by delivering targeted campaigns, events and content to meet our business objectives.We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as site account managers and management. We have some large projects that you will be working on. In this role, you will report to the Director Marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDEResponsible for coordinating and delivering industry events (around 40%) to support business priorities and raising Metso's brand, image, and value proposition. Executing marketing campaigns across all identified marketing tactics and tools, including: demand generation, email marketing, digital advertising, marketing automation, social media, and content development. Produce content from inception to completion (including case studies, blogs and articles) aligning with the company process and global guidelines.Responsible for managing and incorporating input from key stakeholders including Sales, Account Managers, Technical Support, and business/product line stakeholdersTO SUCCEED Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Digital Marketing, Event Management, Communications, PR, Media Relations or proven track record in the relevant field.Proven 3-5 years’ track record in two (or more) of the following expertise areas: event management, digital communication, digital automation tools, content creation, and graphic design.Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools - Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable but not necessary.Strong planning, execution and coordination skills combined with a positive, results-oriented approach.Proficiency in MS Office Tools, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.Experience in digital publishing platforms a strong advantage - Adobe InDesign, Premier, Photoshop or similar.Excellent time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident negotiator who is able to think on your feet.
