Position:
Join us as a Country Marketing Core Specialistlocated at Perth International Airport, where you’ll play a pivotal role in assisting the Country Commercial Team in implementing promotional strategies and objectives. The role is responsible for executing marketing promotions, ensuring the correct implementation of communication strategies, and coordinating advertising agreements with brands.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the implementation of the promotional strategic and objectives plan jointly with the Country Commercial Manager.
- Implement marketing promotions and ensure their local implementation.
- Prepare performance reports of marketing campaigns and report to the Global Marketing team.
- Ensure the correct implementation of the communication strategy and in-store communication guidelines.
- Execute and implement global and local campaigns, ensuring correct branding execution.
- Coordinate the execution of advertising agreements with brands and ensure the proper implementation of brand campaigns
- Implement visual merchandising strategy and guidelines to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure promotions land with impact and are executed to agreed brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement the promotion calendar.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing colleagues to ensure maximum sales impact.
- Proactively align, support, and coordinate with countries.
- Report results of promotions implementation to the Country Marketing (Core) Manager.
- Fulfill specific responsibilities as required by the direct manager.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, or related field with at least 3 years of experience in retail marketing.
- Proven track record in creating successful global marketing activities, campaigns, website developments, etc.
- Motivator with a proven track record of successfully developing people.
- Strong market and customer focus.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Must hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one
