Required Qualification & Work Experience

·      Bachelor’s degree or above

·      Minimum 3 years of work experience

·      Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels.

·      Experience with social media management tools

·      Knowledge of paid marketing campaigns and strategies.

·      Fluency in both Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities

·      Support business growth, identify market opportunities and advises on developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing plans.

·      Identify the market needs and addressed the target audience following the latest migration policies. Launches marketing campaigns and organising events by collaborating with external partners to achieve the best outcome.

·      Plan and develop advertising ideas for marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.

·      Provide advice on digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, and associated analytics which generated leads regularly from social media platforms.

·      Manage the timely and cost-effective creation of advertising campaigns that needed specialised tasks.

·      Analyse our database to identify trends and preferences of courses among customers.

·      Assist in developing and planning marketing strategies for company Subsidiary.

·      Organise and plan medium-size network events.

·      Support sales objectives in the offshore market, undertake market research and identify market opportunities.

·      Strong communication skills to maintain great relationships with external partners.

·      Transfer the individual brand to the entire team through consistent brand communication.
