1. Craft compelling product positioning messages and collate relevant evidence to distinguish our new offerings from the competition.
2. Develop sales enablement tools, including customized proposals, presentation materials, and FAQs, to empower our sales and business development teams.
3. Produce engaging product marketing materials such as case studies, white papers, and feature descriptions to captivate our target audience.
4. Design comprehensive training materials to facilitate product promotion and client education.
5. Conduct informative product demonstrations for internal teams and provide sales staff with valuable insights.
6. Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to articulate the product value proposition and identify lucrative business opportunities.
7. Lead the planning and execution of product launches in conjunction with the marketing and product management teams.
8. Align product launch strategies with overarching marketing activities to drive sales leads and foster demand generation.
Requirements:
? At least 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, with a focus on product marketing, project management, or key account management.
? Bachelor Degree in media, marketing or related field
? Experience working in the multinational company liaising with internal stakeholders across different countries
? A tech-savvy individual with a genuine passion for leveraging technology to support client growth.
? Strong analytical skills and the ability to empathize with clients to address their pain points effectively.
? Exceptional communication skills, coupled with empathy and patience to navigate challenging situations.
? Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in data analysis for tracking marketing activities, with basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
? Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an emphasis on delivering engaging presentations.
