Access Group Australia are the nation's largest privately-owned fleet of Access equipment. Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing, and transporting of elevated work platforms including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling and Mining sectors.We have a strong team of employees who work in a fast-paced, high-performing, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a can-do attitude to join our growing marketing team at our Canning Vale head office. In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies that engage audiences, builds brand awareness, and helps drive sales leads across our diverse business brands.Key responsibilities in this exciting new role will include:Creating high-quality content for a variety of platforms including website copy, social media, newsletters, corporate brochures, emails, and video scripts. Coordinating the design, layout, and formatting of content working closely with graphic designers, and other creative professionals in the marketing team.Ensuring branding and content is consistent with in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice. Defining and identifying target audiences and determining the best formats and channels to reach them. Monitoring and analysing content performance using a range of analytics tools.Coordinate and organise marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, registrations etc.Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.A successful candidate will be an individual that honours our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to:Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field of study.
