Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Craft winning marketing strategies tailored to specific channels (digital, e-commerce, brand, etc.).
  • Oversee all marketing materials (think: social media, emails, website content) to ensure brand consistency.
  • From brainstorm to brilliance – Work with the team to see campaigns through, from creative sparks to flawless execution.
  • Budget Boss (with training wheels!) – Collaborate with the Executive General Manager to manage the marketing budget strategically and maximise ROI.
  • Collaboration is key – Build strong relationships with internal teams (sales, customer service) and external partners (agencies, vendors).
  • Data Detectives Assemble! – Partner with the data team and e-commerce leader to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and generate insights that drive action.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (a plus, but not a must-have!)
  • 3-5 years of marketing and communication experience
  • Communication skills on point – Write and speak with clarity and a knack for crafting compelling messages.
  • Project management pro – Keep things on track and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
