Job Summary:
ERMS is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in marketing, sales, and team leadership to join our team in Adelaide. The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting business development initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong market research skills, innovative campaign execution capabilities, and a deep understanding of the safety and risk management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize extensive experience in market research to identify consumer requirements, trends, and competitive landscape within the safety and risk management industry, aligning strategies with organizational goals and driving continuous improvement in service and product offerings.
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences, leveraging various channels for maximum reach and impact, while actively seeking opportunities to enhance the organization's service and product offerings.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate promotional events, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives, showcasing adeptness in fostering excellent relationships.
- Analyse marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and inform future strategies for continuous improvement, drawing upon expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including content creation, optimization, and distribution across digital and traditional platforms, leveraging advanced skills in content development and optimization.
- Liaise effectively with senior management to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and priorities, contributing to overall business growth and success through adaptive problem-solving and innovative thinking.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, complemented by a strong educational background.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the safety, risk management, or related industries, demonstrating adaptability and quick learning abilities.
- Strong proficiency in market research, campaign planning, and execution, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets, while actively contributing to the enhancement of service and product (software) offerings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences, highlighting loyalty to collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance, exhibiting advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on optimizing service and product (software) offerings.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines, demonstrating adaptability to change and swift decision-making.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, reflecting dedication to delivering impactful results.
- Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to speak and understand the language proficiently, to effectively collaborate with our markets in South America and ensure seamless communication and alignment with regional strategies and initiatives.
