Job Summary:
We are currently on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will be tasked with crafting and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand visibility, attract customers, and strengthen our market presence.
Working closely with our graphic design team, the Marketing Specialist will spearhead promotional initiatives for brand campaigns and product offerings, with a focus on optimizing conversion rates and enhancing the overall customer journey. The successful candidate will analyse marketing ROI, emphasizing engagement and conversion metrics, while also overseeing campaigns for various products, supervising website optimization projects, and ensuring content accuracy within regulatory and company guidelines. Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a track record of marketing success are essential qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, with a primary focus on promoting gold and silver bullion trading and related products to maximize conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to our digital platforms.
• Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, catering to both domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate educational and appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions, representing the company to foster networking opportunities and bolster brand recognition.
- Communicate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management for continuous optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with a robust educational background.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing roles, demonstrating adaptability and a quick learning curve.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts effectively to diverse audiences, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
• Proactive and innovative mindset, committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with a focus on delivering impactful results.
• Creative thinker with the ability to devise out-of-the-box marketing strategies.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred, enabling effective communication and collaboration with international markets.
