About the Role

As the Marketing Specialist for Projects, you’ll be the driving force behind our key projects, supporting our Marketing Lead every step of the way. From planning and development to implementation, you’ll work closely with our internal creative agency, project stakeholders, and external delivery teams to bring our marketing programs to life.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead, Projects to support with the development and delivery of marketing deliverables within key projects of BOQ Group.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to understand digital bank processes and requirements to support the delivery of digital banking transformation
- Collaborate with the Digital (Web) teams to build out product and supporting pages to support the launch of the new products related to our digital bank transformation.
- Understand and comply with the Code of Conduct and any additional policies and procedures which apply to the role to ensure BOQ Group excels, complies with laws and regulations, and upholds their reputation.
- Build key working relationships across the Retail and Product Teams and ensure their feedback and key considerations are incorporated in the quality of marketing deliverables.
About you
In the successful applicant to join our team we are looking for the following skills and experience:
· 3 to 5 years in a similar project delivery role.
· Tertiary qualified in Marketing / Business.
· Worked as a marketing resource in project delivery – highly regarded but not essential
· Understanding of the agile methodology – Highly regarded but not essential
· Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
· Proficient working with multiple stakeholders across the project team and the enterprise.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
· Customer focused – both internal project customers, as well as NTB consumers.
· Financial services experience highly regarded, but not essential
· Strong stakeholder and partner management & influencing skills. Confidence, personal gravitas and impact will be critical in this role.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical &, creative thinking, innovation, to drive business value.
