Take over established call cycles selling various well known branded products to Ritchies, IGA's, Foodworks, Fruit shops and other Independent Grocery retailers. Long term secure position with an established company that's been operating for over 24 years. ***Previous experience with Merchandising and or Sales Rep within the Independent Grocery channel will be looked at favorably.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 1 Years as a Merchandiser or Sales Rep within the Independent Grocery channel
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maximising sales opportunities for the development and growth of various brands in the supermarket industry.
- Ability to layout new lines into the into stores and increase ranging.
- Servicing Metro and some country stores within a structured call cycle fortnightly and monthly all fully paid for.
- Ability to identify shelf space, positioning and off locations for cutting in new lines
- Building strong relationships with Independent Grocery and their Store Managers.
- Friendly, outgoing nature and a strong team player
