AddressCharlesworth Nuts is a 4th generation family-owned Australian company that specialises in the best and freshest nuts, dried fruits, chocolates and gift baskets in Australia.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Marion, SA to assist in identifying market opportunities and developing, coordinating and implementing plans for pricing and promotion of our goods and services.
REQUIRED
- Bachelor or higher degree in a related field
- At least 2 years work experience
- Excellent computer skills and experience in social and digital marketing
- Good monitoring, communication and reporting skills and a positive, professional manner
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Planning and developing advertising strategies that align with the company's sales objectives and targets intended audiences.
- Providing advice to management on the most effective advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinating all aspects of our advertising, including artwork and content.
- Analysing consumer behaviour to identify patterns and preferences.
- Keeping up to date on current consumer trends, predicting future market movements and adapting advertising strategies accordingly.
- Conducting market research to assess demand and opportunities for both new and existing products or services.
- Supporting the company's growth and development by assisting in the preparation and execution of marketing objectives and programs.
- Recommending optimal product mix, advising on how to balance our portfolio to meet market demand and ensuring the company's offerings remain competitive and appealing.
- Assisting in development of pricing strategies that appeal to the target market and align with the company's goals.
- Planning and advising on sales promotion and advertising efforts.
- Advising on optimal selling and distribution channels, ensuring products are accessible to the target market.
- Collaborating with partners and suppliers on marketing efforts.
