In this role, you'll:
You will be responsible for the provision of scheduling across multiple project managers on one or more strategic programs.
Be responsible for the provision of scheduling practice (and scheduling) across multiple project managers on one or more strategic programs.
Engage with program / project managers to identify risks and opportunities, perform schedule change impact analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making and identifying potential gaps
Develop, maintain and implement scheduling standards and templates to drive consistency in project schedule structures, reporting and governance
Maintain a Master project/program schedule for all active schedules.
Identify and map Portfolio interdependencies to inform decision making and track impacts across the Portfolio
Review schedule impacts associated with resource conflicts, milestone tracking

About you
Skills and experience dealing with conflicting priorities within a complex business environment that has many stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience and background within Project, Program and Portfolio Management realm with strong capabilities in the review, analysis and distillation of data into consumable business knowledge and intelligence for decision making and outcomes. You are a scheduling analyst with demonstrated experience and understanding of various project and change management methodologies. You are also :
An autonomous, proactive operator with ability to build relationships and connect with stakeholders across levels
Relevant and applicable history within a similar role showing history of progression within realm of PPM capabilities
A collaborator by nature with the ability to draft clear and concise communications.
Proficient in Microsoft Project Online and experience in Microsoft Project Online would be highly regarded Planview, Primavera or other industry leading project planning tools.
Able to proactively identify issues/concerns, address contentious ones as and when those occur and escalate if needed
