As the Material and Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Supply Chain operations within the food ingredients industry. Your role involves executing processes assigned by the Customer Service & Supply Chain Supervisor & maintaining crucial relationships with both customers and suppliers within Azelis. Accuracy in data management and effective communication are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
- Production: Plan product blending, raise orders & update costings in our CRM system (D365), manage raw material orders & inventory, calculate raw materials costings and oversee labeling and finished goods receipt.
- Supply Chain Duties: Stock receipt & invoice coding, act as the first point of contact for any external and internal Supply Chain/Customer Service issues raised, follow up claims with suppliers and arrange quotes as requested & maintain organized records.
- Administration & Customer Service: Accurately code service bills, manage stationery orders, kitchen supplies & petty cash, arrange sample collection, answer phone calls from customers & suppliers, receipt of stock, raise delivery dockets, invoicing & credits.
Skills and Experience
- Data Management: Accurate handling of purchase orders, inventory, and supply chain data.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for customer and supplier interactions.
- Attention to Detail: Precise execution of administrative tasks.
- Understanding of order processing and inventory management.
- Previous experience with CRM systems i.e. D365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside IT skills to support system usage.
