Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will specialise in the ordering of sheds, patios and carports, overseeing the logistics and distribution with our suppliers and providing solutions to help our customers. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who will support and guide you through the process.
Other Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Provide solutions in a consultative manner and in line with customer needs
- Remain knowledgeable on all products and services
- Accurately complete all administrative tasks
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
About You
- Previous Supply Chain experience in ordering and logistics of building materials would be highly regarded
- Tech savvy with an ability to learn new software quickly
- History of achieving high customer satisfaction
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a “can do” mentality
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
Salary
Negotiable dependent on experience
