About the role: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage diverse administrative responsibilities in our company. This position is ideal for someone with a demonstrated background in administration and a grasp of Supply Chain intricacies, seeking an exciting opportunity to enhance their expertise in this field.

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

• Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses and transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods, including reconciliation of stock for all movements.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports. Provide accurate and insightful data analysis, highlighting trends to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement. 
• Assist in booking freight and freight enquiries 
• Collate shipping documentation and records of all shipments
• Review shipping quotes against invoices received for payment approval
• Assisting with data creation for new product lines
• Updating and maintaining master product data in our internal systems and on our website
• Coordinating and managing new product timelines, to ensure all teams involved are meeting deadlines
• Provide the team with general administrative support including:
  • Inbox management
  • Update and maintain reports and internal data sources as required
  • Collating inventory data

Requirements:

• Ideally have 2 years experience in a similar role with excellent references
• Have a high level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously when required.
• Detail oriented approach, and strong ability to detect errors.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Experience coordinating with several team members, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
