Reporting to the CCO, we are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator ready to manage the day-to-day fulfilment and account of all Food and Consumable products for all Burger Urge Distribution Partners and Venue Networks. We are a dynamic and growing business which will create opportunity for you to grow with us.

Remuneration commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to venues and manage day to day distribution and inventory enquiries.
• Coordinate and resolve issues between Suppliers, Distribution Partners and venues.
• Analyse and interpret Supply Chain, sales and inventory data to identify trends and provide recommendations and forecasts for improvement including demand planning for network growth and seasonal variations.
• Manage suppliers and distribution providers to ensure on time delivery.
• Manage and report all key data for DCs including stock on hand, stock run outs and performance.
• Consider new approaches to workflow and put forward recommendations to the business.
• Ensure ongoing and promotional forecasts are communicated to key stakeholders.
• Assisting the NPD and Food Department with new product sourcing.

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working within a Supply Chain or Logistics Coordination role.
• Food, QSR or FMCG experience is essential.
• Experience with BOH ordering and Inventory systems (Cooking the Books, Buy Force) desirable.

Skills and knowledge:

• Excellent attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to adapt style to audience.
• Self-driven and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure and attend to any ad hoc functions as may be required.
• Effective communication and a keen understanding of how strong internal and external partnerships contribute to the overall success of our Supply Chain operations.
