About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Warehousing, Inventory and Logistics team (WIL) as a Production Materials Coordinator to support Woodside's Production portfolio. Reporting to the Logistics Inventory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe delivery, reliable and efficient materials management.

This position is based in Perth and is offered on a 24 month fixed term basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Act as the materials focal point for internal stakeholders for allocated assets
  • Carry out demand planning and material tracking in conjunction with stakeholders
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure materials are tracked for delivery on time, identifying and addressing actual and potential issues
  • Work with Procurement to ensure that material is delivered by vendors or made available for collection by freight forwarder or 3PL in accordance with required delivery dates
  • Support materials returns in accordance with reverse logistics processes
  • Support rotable refurbishment process
  • Generate materials status reports and resolve queries on weekly or ad-hoc basis as needed.
  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders including maintenance, warehousing and purchasing team to promote inventory optimisation
  • Process master data updates for new and existing materials and support phase out of obsolete materials
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in supply chain and materials management disciplines and understanding of supply processes.
  • Diploma or Degree qualified.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement practices and tools and change management disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP ERP (MM) and advance Excel formulations.
  • Ability to develop and maintain constructive multi-discipline and cross functional working relationships.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to look end-to-end across processes and systems to achieve the best business outcomes.
