Our Client in the Oil and Gas industry seek an experienced Rig Materials Coordinator to join their Wangara team on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient and economical movement of parts, equipment and documentation
- Process documentation for goods inwards received from external suppliers
- Process parts and equipment returned from the field
- Liaise with shipping and transport companies to ensure collection and delivery deadlines are maintained
- Maintain stock levels
- Maintaining Equipment registers and Certification Data Bases
- Assist the Rig Manager in sourcing equipment
- Ensure all goods are received and receipted against freight manifests on location and items are labeled and stored appropriately in the warehouse
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role preferable in the oil and gas industry
- Dangerous Goods Awareness Training
Competencies:
- High Risk Licence (Forklift)
- Certificate IV Warehouse, Transport and Distribution (or similar) – not essential
- Drivers Licence
What's in it for you?

- $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
