The Materials and Logistics Co-Ordinator is required to coordinate material movements supporting the site construction teams operation. The role will be working closely with our warehouse team, coordinating incoming deliveries and ensuring materials are where tradesman require them to fit the program.
To be considered for this role:
- Experience in liaising with client for daily delivery meetings, carrying out verification checks of deliveries and documentation.
- Experience interpreting materials take-off plans and shop drawings to use for setup of works across the construction project.
- Strong proficiency in demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and optimizing stock levels
- Coordinates stock take and stock management across the project.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- Experience in coordinating onsite labour team and delegating tasks for movements of materials across the project.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in construction coordinating warehouse or site materials roles
- Must have a desire to be a part of a team that works hard to deliver high quality workmanship on time.
- Have a high focus on safety compliance – Safety conscious – look out for yourself and your teammates.
- Have a current manual driver’s licence and forklift ticket
- Have working at heights and or EWP tickets (not essential, right candidates will receive training)
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment (Including Drug and Alcohol test)
