Midland Cement Materials has been operating in the construction manufacturing industry since 1968. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a Bookkeeper.
Responsibilities:
- Enter AP invoices accurately
- Match invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts, ensuring goods have been delivered and receipted.
- Reconcile supplier statements, resolving any discrepancies
- Manage vehicle registration and compliance details.
- Maintain a record of employee files.
- Assisting the company accountant in daily financial tasks and record keeping.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
