ASAP start date until Mid-September Details Monday to Friday Rates $110.50 per hour Free accommodation Travel assistance Responsibilities Develop and manage staff rosters Ensure compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes Oversee the daily operations of the Maternity Unit Monitor patient satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly Manage the unit’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources Ensuring the unit is adequately stocked Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or critical incidents within the unit Prepare and submit regular reports on unit performance, staffing and patient care metrics Essential Criteria Current registration with AHPRA Previous experience in a MUM or AMUM position
