Explore a unique teaching position located only an hour from Perth on over 3000 hectares of farming land, with accommodation! This co-educational Year 7 to 12 college caters to both day and residential with approximately 100 students. Guided by Christian values, the college is committed to fostering the dignity of each individual while promoting the development of initiative, responsibility, leadership, and active involvement in students. Students come from the Kimberley, Midwest, Northern Territories and other communities across Australia.
From Year 7, students have the unique opportunity to study a diverse variety of subjects; ranging from traditional disciplines such as Religious Education, English, Mathematics and Science, to practical courses in Agricultural Science, Equine and Sport. In years 10, 11 and 12 students have the opportunity to broaden their skills, learning additional subjects such as Agriculture, Equine and Automotive/Engineering and other trades. In your position, you will be responsible for delivering upper school maths programs (Essentials) and Science across Years 7-10. There are between 6-20 in a class.
The environment offers a unique learning experience that integrates theory, practice, and technology, encouraging students to develop individual initiative and responsibility. The curriculum developed at the College, aims to open as many alternative pathways as possible for students to pursue further education or employment opportunities.
This full-time position is available immediately or Term 2, for the remainder of 2024, with a strong possibility of extending. Partners are welcome with casual employment available such as a farm hand, gardener, kitchen hand and education assistant positions. Partners must have, or ability to obtain, a Western Australian Working with Children Check.

Registered (or ability to) with TRBWA, a valid WA Working With Children check, in addition to:
- Bachelor of Education (or equivalent qualification).
- Ability to plan, prepare and deliver teaching and learning programs to cater for the diverse
- Strong team player, with the ability to work with school staff and the broader community, while showing respect and support.
- Good administrative skills.
- Proficiency in implementing appropriate behaviour management strategies to foster and maintain a supportive and conducive learning environment.
- While not mandatory to be of the Christian faith, candidates must support the ethos of faith, service, and community upheld by the school.
