An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced MC Coordinator to work across a national property portfolio.
About the role:
As the MC Coordinator, you will manage our client's work order and Asset management system to ensure it meets best practices and industry standards such as ISO 55001.
Responsibilities include:
- Proficient in the use of Maintenance Connection or equivalent work order system such as Maximo
- Report Development experience
- Able to provide system and IT support to the wider group, co-ordinate upgrades and develop Training packages as required.
- Manage key contracts with the use of information contained with Maintenance Connect
- Ensure MC is 100% always updated with relevant asset and compliance information.
- Management of contractors to ensure relevant insurance, compliance and certifications are current.
- Provide ongoing reporting to the wider business in order to meet key KPI's
- Develop and maintain an asset management plan for the organization's assets and ensure that all assets are properly maintained and managed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to asset management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective asset management.
About you:
- Proven work experience in Asset management.
- Experience with Asset management software.
- Proficient with excel in order to produce meaningful reports
- Ability to analyse data and provide insight.
- Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Engineering or associated discipline
- Strong commercial acumen - essential
- Experience working in high pressure, outcome driven environments
- Experience managing signage and branding in a retail environment
- Strong decision making skills to lead sub-contractors
- A common sense approach and initiative when resolving issues
