Located in one of the finest areas of South West Victoria, we are seeking a qualified Mechanic to assist the works unit. We are looking for someone who is trade qualified, enthusiastic and motivated to support and improve operational efficiency. What you need to Thrive Trade qualification and several years mechanical experience in a range of earthmoving, agricultural, commercial and passenger vehicles. Capable of working infield operations. Make routine decisions for the efficient and effective performance of the required duties.
Provide direction and leadership to apprentices, other work colleagues. Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with all staff. Ability to manage risks and identify health and safety issues pertaining to the workplace.
A positive outlook and team approach. Affective communication skills. Current drivers' licence is essential.
