You will also have the opportunity to showcase your proficiency in Siemens NX, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, contributing to the creation of comprehensive CAD assemblies with 5000+ parts. - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams to design and develop the 3D design model incorporating electrical systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall design.
- Utilize Siemens NX, SolidWorks and AutoCAD software proficiently for drafting, modelling, and creating 2D and 3D drawings.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in design & drafting in 2D and 3D space.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD for Mechanical Design.
- Sound knowledge of Design for Manufacture & Design for Assembly.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Rail and Locomotives.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Mechanical engineering degree.
- Strong understanding of electrical & mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Knowledge of battery electric vehicle and charging systems is desirable.
