Raw Earth Recruitment is supporting an established engineering firm that provides engineering, design, project management, and site services to their tier 1 mining clients. Due to recent promotions and new team members, we are looking to grow the mechanical division with an engineer who has 1-2 years post-grad experience in any heavy industry!
About you
- Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with current Australian working rights
- 1-2 years post-grad experience preferably in mining however other heavy industries are considered.
- Willing and able to work in the Brisbane CBD office and attend ad hoc site visits.
- A growth mindset while bringing your passion and ideas to work every day
- You are coachable and thrive from positive feedback loops
- You love learning and being challenged with a variety of projects
About the role
You will join a small but robust team who are all on an exciting growth journey together. You will assist the lead and senior engineers with a variety of projects across concept studies through to project approval and operational support.
You will be mentored by long-standing employees and coached through this next stage of your career. Your skills will flourish with the variety of work you will be exposed to.
