About the Company:
You will be joining an established consultancy who provides engineering and site services utilising electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural disciplines. The core focus is the mining industries throughout Queensland and New South Wales, specifically for mine equipment & infrastructure, and prides themselves on being a leading specialist in coal mine engineering.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design function of the business, working on major coal infrastructure projects across Tier 1 & 2 mine sites in Australia. This a great opportunity to gain exposure into mining projects or expand on your experience within the industry, working with some of the most experienced engineers in the country and contribute to a diverse project portfolio.
Your Profile:
We are seeking candidates who have:
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years’ experience in the mining, industrial or consultancy
- Ability to travel to site for specific client projects from time to time
- Excellent written and analytic skills
- Underground or Surface coal experience is advantageous
- Currently have the right to work in Australia
