Your new role

• Perform preventive maintenance and proactively find, analyse, and suggest solutions
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and report on customer equipment issues
• Assist with commissioning and planned developments, including site mobilisation requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and team members
• Promote the company's products and services when providing advice and support
• Provide preventive maintenance and proactively identify, analyse, and recommend solutions
• Conduct initial inspections, testing, fault-finding, and technical reporting on customer equipment issues
• Support commissioning and planned developments, including site mobilisation requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer requirements
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers and team members
• Advise and support customers on the company's products and services
• Carry out preventive maintenance and proactively detect, analyse, and propose solutions
• Perform initial inspections, testing, fault-finding, and technical reporting on customer equipment issues
• Help with commissioning and planned developments, including site mobilisation requirements
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to fulfil customer requirements
• Create and maintain long-term relationships with customers and team members

What you'll need to succeed
For this position, you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Have experience in a mechanical maintenance position or similar
• Passion for high quality service
• Have a valid drivers licence
• Be living locally in the Rockhampton Region
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
