Responsibilities: We require an individual with at least three years of relevant and the ability to perform a wide range of tasks to ensure client satisfaction. Tasks Include:
- Assembling and installing new and modified mechanical assemblies,
components, machine tools, controls, and hydraulic power systems under the supervision of Mechanical Engineers.
- Conducting mechanical system tests.
- Gathering data and preparing diagrams and drawings.
- Coordinating inspections and maintenance of machines and plant.
- Estimating materials and requirements for projects.
- Ensuring that designs and completed work comply with specifications,
regulations, and contract provisions.
- Assisting in the assembly, operation, and maintenance of machines,
manufacturing equipment, mechanical installations, and facilities within the realm of Mechanical Engineering. Desirable:
- Knowledge of and or previous experience/qualification with diesel engines
including engine and pump overhaul.
- Knowledge of and or previous experience/qualification in mobile plant
equipment.
- Knowledge of and/or previous experience/qualification in stationary plant
equipment, including generators, pumps, and winches. Qualifications:
- It is expected you hold qualifications in a relevant field supported with
extensive (at least three years) of work experience. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum + superannuation
